The 2nd November in St Saviours Dollingstown was the day of Charlene’s thanksgiving service for her short life.
A very difficult day, yet it was a beautiful testimony to both how she lived her life and what she accomplished through it. A full to capacity church was evidence of how Charlene and her story touched the lives of others.
Please find the readings the family chose for this service here.
The readings were deliverd by Martin Montgomery and Olwyn Mark who read from Scripture and from Charlene’s own words. Using her prayer diary and personal reflections to give an insight into the mind of a young girl who suffered so much, yet who gave her all in living her life for her Lord.
