Charlene Barr left a lasting legacy which will impact countless lives in Uganda. What makes this remarkable is that she never met any of the children whose lives she has changed. A spirited and determined young lady who simply took the opportunities God gave her with both hands – not spectacular or extraordinary – but unique in her ability to accept a challenge and to persevere.
